The Throne of Games recognizes your concerns regarding the collection and use of your personal information. At Throne of Games, we don't need to collect more than an email address, and only your email and mailing address to complete your transaction. In each case, your information is kept strictly confidential. We do not share your personal information with any third party.

• 01.All prices paid are for games in Average to Above Average condition. All games sent are inspected thoroughly and any found to be in below average condition will lower the collections value. In some cases these games will be recycled and used to augment the Throne.
• 02.Rare games or games of a particularly high value can be sold in less than average condition but will have their value appraised on a case-by-case basis.
• 03.Examples of defects or damage which may place a game in the below average condition include, but are not limited to, permanent marker, torn labels or labels obscured by stickers/marks, damaged or non-functional cartridges, strong odors, heavily scratched discs, or missing or damaged cover art.
• 04.Although we try our best to keep our price list up to date and accurate; prices listed are subject to change if it is found that the price is no longer correct.
• 05.All sales are final.
